FlexLink

The industry leader in material flow solutions, FlexLink AB was looking ways to standardise the way their design department works to secure their customers get the right products quicker.

Producing the same solutions for customers all over the world was one of the main challenge in FlexLink's design department. With support from Symetri, engineers today work in a standardised way and FlexLink saves up to 20% in time from order to delivery.
"When the design is done, the engineer can directly and without any human interaction, send the Bill of Material to our online store and get the correct price and delivery time. Since we have 3 centralised warehouses, it's very important that the BOM is correct, so our customers get what they are ordering," explains Torbjörn Hansen from FlexLink.
