Trude Berg
Trude joined Symetri in 2012 and became CBO in 2015 with the mission to centralise and modernise the marketing organisation so it worked more effectively. With these goals accomplished she has now moved her focus to globally branding Symetri as a solution provider and thought leader within our industries. With 30+ years in the software industry Trude has the experience and drive to solve any problem and knows that great teamwork is key to success.
Sveinung Vik
Sveinung joined Symetri in 2014 and became Finance Director in 2017. During his time at Symetri he has been a driving force in many large-scale changes and re-organisations. As an experienced Finance Director Sveinung is an expert at facilitating long-term growth and implementing strategic change. He is passionate about connecting with people and modernising processes.
Mikko Viertola
Mikko joined Symetri in 2011 and after leading the Manufacturing Business Unit for several years he became CTO in 2020. He now leads a global team of professionals responsible for the Symetri Technology portfolio as well as focuses on discovering new technologies that reinforces Symetri’s competitive advantage and smart use of technology internally to enable streamlined processes for our operations. With 25+ years of experience of business development in industrial companies, Mikko is passionate about helping our customers and colleagues to reach their goals by smart use of leading edge digital solutions.
Johan Lundqvist
Johan joined Symetri as CPO in 2020. With a solid background in human resources his mission is to support our senior leadership to define guidelines in order to assist our managers and employees, develop and reinforce the Symetri Way, and continuously develop our ability to lead successful teams. Johan is passionate about creating success through people and develop leaders and employees to constantly perform better.
Raymond Paulsen
Raymond joined Symetri in 2001 and became Chief Revenue Officer, Autodesk business in 2017. Before joining Symetri Raymond managed his own company for eight years. With a history of building business within the industry, Raymond is experienced in all things Autodesk. Today he manages Symetri’s Autodesk business globally and believes that the key to success is surrounding oneself with competent people with the drive to innovate and work smarter.
Fredrik Andersson
Fredrik joined Symetri as team leader for Symetri’s IT services in 2018. In 2020 he became IT Director with the mission to develop the internal IT team. With a background of IT operation and delivery in the manufacturing industry, retail and infrastructure he is a reliable partner when it comes to building IT processes that support business processes, drives KPI’s and streamlines workflows. In his position, his colleagues are his customer, and he is dedicated to supporting them, solving problems and making the binary work dynamically.
Per Carlsson
Per joined Symetri in 2008 and has since held several leadership positions within the company. He is today responsible for Symetri sales and operations for the Building and Infrastructure industry in the Nordics. With 20+ years of experience in the software industry, Per is passionate to make a difference in the industry and believes strongly that digitalisation is the answer to our challenges with urbanisation and sustainability.
Anders Mellingen
Anders joined Symetri in 2000, and held the position of Business Area Manager for manufacturing in Norway for many years before becoming Sr. Director of the Nordic Manufacturing Business Unit in 2020. With 25+ years of experience from both technical areas and complex solution sales, he has been part of both Symetri’s and the manufacturing industry’s development over the last decades.
Anders Jacobsson
Anders joined Symetri in 2022 as COO of Symetri Europe. Anders has 20+ years of industry experience having held positions as CEO and Senior Vice President in both software and engineering related companies. He has a solid management track record with proven leadership skills, documented strong financial results and a huge passion for employees and customers success. Anders strives to build strong relationships, enthuse teamwork and contribute to our journey to ensure people work smarter and more sustainably.
John Bartle
John has worked in the Autodesk channel since 1989 and became the Sr. Director of the Symetri's UK Business unit in 2021. With a background in mechanical engineering and many years of experience as a Technical Manager as well as Managing Director John is well suited for leading our UK Business unit forward. His goal is to help his team as well as Symetri's customer reach their true potential through honest and fair leadership.

Neil Adcock
Neil has worked providing solutions for customers based on Autodesk’s design and manufacturing tools for 13 years. Starting with Imass in Newcastle and looking after Scotland’s Oil and Gas customers, Imass subsequently became Symetri and now Neil is Director for Product Design and Lifecycle. Before working with Autodesk Solutions Neil worked for many years at Delcam in Birmingham, initially as presales technical support for CAD/CAM and then moving into sales and sales management. Neil has a keen interest in mechanical engineering and especially in manufacturing solutions and processes. Looking forward, Neil recognises that it is an exciting time to be involved with leading edge Autodesk and Symetri technologies, processes and more importantly a very skilled and dedicated team at Symetri delivering solutions to increase our customer’s potential.
Alan Stone
Alan joined in 1994 as a member of the IT solutions team delivering services to design and engineering specialists and is now part of the UK leadership team responsible for both Architectural Engineering and IT solutions business areas.
Over the years he has helped numerous companies design and implement cutting edge technologies to ensure they have the right strategies in place to meet their business objectives. Possessing a unique blend of CAD, IT and commercial expertise, Alan can provide a well-rounded perspective on the technical demands facing the AEC and manufacturing industries today.
